Rose organized my home search very efficiently, even in difficult winter conditions we saw each house I wanted to see. She wrote every offer contract very quickly, without any issue. She kept up throughout the period where I was hoping for the acceptance from the seller, constantly in contact with the seller's agent. She recommended the attorney to handle my closing who is well known in the area and she also had previous working experience with the mortgage lender I got my pre-approval through. Rose made herself readily available to answer any questions I had as this was my first time buying a house by myself. I would work with her again and recommend her as a realtor to anyone buying a property in the area. Thanks again!
