I highly recommend Rose as a Real Estate agent. My husband and I moved from CA. We were looking for a new home in Arizona and met Rose at an open house. She was so friendly and knowledgeable during the open house, I asked her if she should be our agent. She started showing us houses and within 48 hours we were under contract! Rose and her transactions coordinator, Stephanie walked us through the entire process. We just moved into our beautiful new home this past weekend. Rose is terrific. I sought out Rose to help me purchase a house. I worked with her in the beginning and everything seemed fine then suddenly decided she didnt want to work with me and left me scrambling without a realtor. Rose is knowledgeable but she is overbooked and does not have the time to spend with you going over details. She talked down to me, fired me and complained I took up too much of her time. She is NOT someone who is reliable and professional.
