I highly recommend Rose as a Real Estate agent. My husband and I moved from CA. We were looking for a new home in Arizona and met Rose at an open house. She was so friendly and knowledgeable during the open house, I asked her if she should be our agent. She started showing us houses and within 48 hours we were under contract! I sought out Rose to help me purchase a house. I worked with her in the beginning and everything seemed fine then suddenly decided she didnt want to work with me and left me scrambling without a realtor. Rose is knowledgeable but she is overbooked and does not have the time to spend with you going over details. She talked down to me, fired me and complained I took up too much of her time. She is NOT someone who is reliable and professional.
