Rose Alexander

Born outside of Lima, Peru, Rose Alexander grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and went to a four-year university in the city. She relocated to the Tampa, Florida with her family after completing post-secondary schooling and has since lived, worked, and personally invested in many areas around the Tampa Bay area. She brings the effective combination of Northeastern tenacity when representing her client's interests, but does so with a mix of Southern charm, a calm demeanor and a smile. Most important to Rose is providing the most excellent service to her buyers, sellers, renters, and investors in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business. Rose has sold homes in all price ranges from starter homes and high-dollar estate properties to condominiums, manufactured homes, land properties, and investment properties. Rose knows what it's like to be in her clients' shoes and she brings both her experience and her expertise in contracts, negotiations, and local market conditions to every transaction.
