FAQ
1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Have your pre approval ready and in hand so when you find that perfect home we can make your offer! Also, I tell all of my buyers the same thing - think of any home you're interested in as an investment. It makes it much easier to be objective in your decisions.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Selling your home can be an emotional rollercoaster. One of the services I provide is that I am there for the "events" during the transaction (the inspection, appraisal, walkthrough) so you don't have to be, and to make sure things are going as smoothly as possible. I've been both the seller as well as an agent, so I know the pressures a seller feels firsthand.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with people in all types of situations - first time homebuyers; people relocating to and from another state; retirees; downsizers; people buying larger homes; separation situations; newlyweds; investors and more!
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I was recently asked to help some of my family to sell their home where they'd lived for almost 15 years. They had played with the idea of moving out of state for a while, and then decided to take the leap. After getting my marketing package together for them, including professional photography, we listed their home for a great price. I held an open house at their home, where we had about 50 groups of people attend. There was a continuous line of attendees for the entirety of the open house! In the end, my sellers received 22 offers, and sold their home for $50,000 over their asking price! They are now happy residents down south.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I purchased my first house during the downturn in 2010. At that time, I was working a different full time job. The experience of looking for my first house was so much fun that I decided to look into doing this to help others. I started part time, while still at my other job. I'd work nights, weekends, during my lunch break... until I decided to give this a try full time in 2016. But starting to work in real estate isn't so easy, and I wanted to seek out more training to become the best agent I could be. I quickly joined a team, where I stayed for a couple of years, gained experience and grew my business. Eventually, I went out on my own, and that is how I work today.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have had one on one and group training with some of the best in the business. In addition, Douglas Elliman offers excellent classes to their agents.

Rosanne was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding my new home. I had very specific needs and she guided me with patience and kindness the entire way. I absolutely love my home but when/if the time comes to sell there would be only one person I would call.

We had been dancing around selling our home for years and reached out to Rosanne many times. She never hesitated once to answer our questions or concerns. We finally decided to list on March 26, 2023 and within three days our house sold over asking price. Rosanne made the whole process seamless from listing, open house and closing. We are grateful for her help, professionalism, and hard work. We recommend her 100% to anyone looking to buy or sell.
