Very professional, courteous and experienced. I found the team wiling to go above and beyond to get the deal done. We highly recommend The Williams McBean Team for your real estate needs. They went above and beyond the call of duty in helping to prepare our home to list it for sale. We are snowbirds who decided to put our home on the market prior to returning to AZ so they sent a cleaning crew and stager in to prepare the home so it would stand out. When our home went on the market, there were a total of 4 homes Gor sale in our subdivision; ours was the first to sell. It was put on the market 1/1/2019 and closed 3/26/2019. I know ours sold because of their marketing skills and their attention to detail. The brochure that was prepared to list our home was over the top. Can't say enough good things about this team.
