Rory is extremely patient and easy to work with. Not once did he try and push us into purchasing any particular house. In fact, he was refreshingly honest. He would point out concerns in houses (structural etc.) and remind us when a house was more than we wanted to spend. He is extremely responsive and got us in to see a house within 24 hours of us requesting to see it. He is extremely friendly and kind and would often spend time just chatting with us after walking through a house. We never felt rushed. Rory showed us at least 20 houses before we finally found the one for us, and throughout the whole process, he was kind and understanding. He had paperwork for our offers completed quickly. I tell anyone I know who is purchasing a home, that Rory is the best agent around.

The guy knows his stuff. He took the time to walk us through the processs and was not pushy. He was very honest and up front. He showed us a dozen homes before we found the one we wanted. Once we found it he went to work to make it ours. We would recommend him to anyone.
