Rory is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. I have enthusiastically recommended him to my friends and family. He is truly a full service real estate agent who has incredible local expertise. I have worked with Rory for almost five years. He has helped me rent out and then sell my NYC co-op despite me living on the other side of the country. He has scheduled and coordinated: (i) putting in new flooring, (ii) painting and repairs, and (iii) furniture delivery and staging. All I had to do was give him direction and pay the invoice. The peace of mind that comes with knowing that each job would be expertly taken care of is unparalleled. Throughout the process Rory kept me up-to-date at each step, including by sending detailed weekly reports.
