During the sale of our property, Ron was recommended by a friend and it was the most pleasant experience ever. He went above and beyond his normal duties as during that time we was out of the country. This was during hurricane Harvey while it was passing through Houston, during and after the hurricane Ron made sure our property was well looked after, we were updated as often as he was able to regarding flood waters and hurricane damages. We were fortunate that there were no flooding or wind damages as we noted from the pics that he sent. After the storm was over, our pool in the back yard was a mess, Ron himself went to the location and serviced the pool, by draining the excess water and removing storm debris so that he could put the pool equip back in service and complete the cleanup. Right before the House was sold, the AC system developed an issue with the primary water drain line which wet a large area of the upstairs ceiling, Ron himself arrived at the property AGAIN with the required personnel to get the issue sorted, after the drain line was repaired and water mark was dried, HE was up on a ladder with a paint brush and matching paint doing the paint repairs. What an awesome guy! I highly recommend his services as a real estate agent to anyone looking for a profesional gentleman to work with, wether a first time buyer or someone that has experienced buying or selling property in the past, HE is the guy you need by your side to make your transaction a pleasant, smothe experience.
