Ronda was without a doubt the best realtor I've ever worked with. She was amazingly responsive and took the time to help me with my rather unique situation. I had very little time to search for myself and she did a lot of the hard work herself. Truthfully I did not expect to encounter a person with such old fashioned natural customer service skills in today's world. She went above and beyond and if you at all have a choice she would be the one to work with in the Morristown area. 10/10 and highly recommended. Ronda helped myself and some friends finalize a place recently, and we could not have asked for a better person to represent us throughout the process. In addition to being polite, always available and accommodating, she was great at documenting the place pre-move-in, keeping work for it on schedule and even after our move-in date continues to be available for us should the need arise. It is very clear that Ronda cares about the people she assists - we did not feel like just another batch of clients. Ronda is a very sweet person who knows her real estate. She reached out to me when I first posted my rental on Zillow to help rent it out. I told her I wanted to give it a try because how hard can it be. We quickly learned how difficult it was to manage interested tenants while maintaining a professional real estate communication. I eventually called Ronda back desperate for help and she assured me-not to worry and we would rent our place in no time. She was very professionally and communicative. At any point in time if I reached out she would respond even if it was to say will call you right back. It felt good to know she valued our relationship and she was working hard to find us the right tenants. As new landlords she did an excellent job answering all our questions with grace and patiences. We always felt in good hands. I would recommend Ronda in a heartbeat, she truly a lovely person to trust with your real estate needs.
