I watched as she sold some of the other homes in my park- quickly over the past couple years. So, my husband and I spoke with Rhonda back in November, 2021about listing our home and did at the beginning of January. My husband fell ill and subsequently passed at the end of January. I told Rhonda I was overwhelmed and that I trusted her and had the utmost confidence that she would make the right decisions concerning the sale of my home. She made a beautiful walk through video and posted it on a Monday afternoon. By Thursday morning of that same week Linda had sold the home and we closed the following Friday! I cannot say how much it meant to not have to worry or stress. To have someone take care of this entire process when I was so overwhelmed with the passing of my husband is priceless.
