As a first time home seller, Ron explained everything to me in great detail before signing contract. He then hired a professional photographer to showcase my unit with precision and quality with no detail being missed. Ron was then able to coordinate over 30 showings and multiple open houses, respecting my schedule and privacy at all times. Whenever a question or concern arose, Ron continued to display urgency by answering via phone or text almost immediately any time he was needed. Unfortunately my unit did not sell within the designated time frame due to fluctuations in the market and extreme mortgage inflation. Despite this, I truly believe that Ron provided me with the best opportunity to sell by marketing and presenting my unit to the largest potential buyer pool.
