I went online filled out a few forms and got NON STOP text messages and calls from websites I found. I mean sure I signed up for them, but then I got completely overwhelmed. Rons team reached out initially as well, however then they followed up after a few days with no pressure. I made an appointment with Ron to come see the house thinking he was going to walk through and just spit back a number that is close to what the internet seems to think its valued at.A What I instead got was a super thorough estimate for what we could list at. A detailed market analysis with a page by page explanation. Ron is not only clearly very knowledgeable, but he is very easy to talk to and explains things in ways that you can understand. He was able to give us some advice on things we could do to make the property more attractive. Then he was able to secure a cash offer that went above our asking price. I could not have imagined a smoother transaction. Closing was able to be handled off site, so I didnt even have to miss work. I also must mention Patti who made sure I was updated through the whole process. She does an amazing job. These two make up a small part of a great team and I would not hesitate to recommend!

He then walked through when we were ready and gave his advice on staging the home. It was on the market for just a few days when we had a buyer and a signed contract. He did a great job.

Through the whole process she communicated with me and assisted me as needed. When my husband passed away during this process, she was very caring and kept in touch. She was open to answering all my questions and gave much guidance. Closing day she was kind and met all my expectations.
