ZillowVERIFIEDThey belive their role is to just show the house and if customer buys, collect commissions. Our experience was absolutely horrible. We saw the house while it was occupied by tenant. Seemed in good condition. As we lived out of state we were hoping our agent Stephanie would atleast check on it before fijal walk thru. The sellers had advertised on having hardwood floors refinished prior to close. The house was not even in broom swept condition. They dusted their hands off any responsibility, did not try to do anything to make right. They may be an option for locals, our experience was horrible.

They had beautiful pictures taken (looking at competitors listings it seems like the agents use cellphones) setting up showings were a breeze with the app and we had an offer in 2 days!
