YES pick Ron Sitrin and his team ! I actually started to write this review before I closed on my home ... but couldn't complete the review because from the time I met Ron and his team ..it has been consistent contact from them..Ron has a algorithm like system to make selling your home extremely smooth. No detail gets missed, the system includes: Laughs, Experience, Reassuring Words-Support, Truth, TRUST, Integrity, Confidence, Professionalism, Timeliness, Advance TECHNOLOGY to showcase your property! I mean this team works like a family! When you call Ron, 80% of the time, you are joined in on a conference call, already in progress, where they are discussing the details of your sale. This shows their dedication to leave no stone unturned and their attention to detail. I could say sooo much more wonderful things about my experience, but I will leave that for you to enjoy. We have worked with other agents before and our experience with Ron, and Eileen was exceptional. They clearly explained what the whole process of homebuying would be, and that answered a lot of our questions and prepared us ahead of time. Eileen was always available to show us houses we were interested in. Her input about the houses we visited was really valuable. For example, she noticed water leak problem in a house that we were almost ready to put an offer on. And she ever so slightly made us question our choice when we were inclining towards a house that would not have worked for us. We're so thankful for that. When we finally decided to put an offer, she negotiated a very good deal for us. Good Things did happen with Ron and his team!!

When Ron Sitrin says aEURoeGood Things HappenaEUR?, hes not kidding. Ron has sold two houses for me under different conditions, and in both cases the houses sold quickly and for the asking price. Prior to putting the house on the market Ron researches comparable sales in the neighborhood. Then he looks around your house and gives you an honest assessment of what needs to be done to make it appealing to buyers. He helps you decide on a selling price based on his research, but also based on your reason and timeline for selling. He has helped me find that magic number twice! Ron is also a terrific buyers agent. He has a critical eye and provides great feedback on houses he shows you. He is a fabulous negotiator who can make everyone feel good about the sales contract. Whether you are buying or selling, Ron is always available to take your call or respond to your texts. Every time I work with Ron, I feel like I am his only client.
