Ron, backed by a solid team, was absolutely fantastic every step of the way from our first introduction to closing. What we were expecting to be stressful and unpleasant turned into a positive experience all around. Ron offered his comprehensive knowledge of the market and data-driven information to guide us through some difficult decisions, guiding us through the fix-it stage with ease (providing a superlative contractor) and ultimately landing on a "just right" asking price. When we encountered a surprise bump in the road with a demanding seller, Ron artfully and skillfully negotiated a way to move forward with an alternative contract, finding a creative and ultimately the best solution possible. Ron is an excellent communicator and possesses the rare gift to be a good listener. His genuine interest in his clients is deep, and helped us feel very comfortable sharing our concerns and (some quirky) desires through the process, and was always just a phone call away at any time of day. Ron Sitrin and his team made an otherwise potentially stressful experience seamless and enjoyable. He spent a lot of time explaining the process to us before we listed our property with him and every step along the way. I actually started to write this review before I closed on my home ... but couldn't complete the review because from the time I met Ron and his team ..it has been consistent contact from them..Ron has a algorithm like system to make selling your home extremely smooth. No detail gets missed, the system includes: Laughs, Experience, Reassuring Words-Support, Truth, TRUST, Integrity, Confidence, Professionalism, Timeliness, Advance TECHNOLOGY to showcase your property! I mean this team works like a family! When you call Ron, 80% of the time, you are joined in on a conference call, already in progress, where they are discussing the details of your sale. This shows their dedication to leave no stone unturned and their attention to detail. I could say sooo much more wonderful things about my experience, but I will leave that for you to enjoy. We have worked with other agents before and our experience with Ron, and Eileen was exceptional. They clearly explained what the whole process of homebuying would be, and that answered a lot of our questions and prepared us ahead of time. Eileen was always available to show us houses we were interested in. Her input about the houses we visited was really valuable. For example, she noticed water leak problem in a house that we were almost ready to put an offer on. And she ever so slightly made us question our choice when we were inclining towards a house that would not have worked for us. We're so thankful for that. When we finally decided to put an offer, she negotiated a very good deal for us. Good Things did happen with Ron and his team!!
