He spelled out the whole process of selling a property and what we needed to do to get the best offer. Painting the basement and make small fixes can go a long way. Ron handled inspections and appraisal, happy I did not need to be involved. And when there was questions about the sewer system he scheduled the professional plumbers for me and oversaw the work... big bonus for us as we are not in the best of health! Any questions I had for Ron were responded to promptly. Ron knows this market since he is a resident of the area himself. He had all the area comps and how our property compared to the others. Negotiations skills were fair and honest.
