Ron was the best....From finding us a serious buyer (house on the market July 4 weekend, closed on the sale August 18) to getting us a fair price for our home and everything in between! He spelled out the whole process of selling a property and what we needed to do to get the best offer. Painting the basement and make small fixes can go a long way. Ron handled inspections and appraisal, happy I did not need to be involved. And when there was questions about the sewer system he scheduled the professional plumbers for me and oversaw the work... big bonus for us as we are not in the best of health! Any questions I had for Ron were responded to promptly. Ron knows this market since he is a resident of the area himself. He had all the area comps and how our property compared to the others. Negotiations skills were fair and honest.

Ron was referred to us through a friend, as we were purchasing and moving to the Detroit area. We really couldn't have had a better match for an agent. Ron was proactive in reaching out to us and getting a number of properties set up for us to look at.
