I've been working with Alan Crooks, Ron and Pat Murray for over 10 years now. They have sold my previous place, and helped me buy 2 places. It is a pleasure working with them, as they are professional and easy to work with. They have experience in multiple-offer situations, and help secure the house if we really want the house. They have good contacts with banks, and can recommend mortgage brokers for special situations like self-employed, or if you have multiple rental income properties.
