    Ronald did an outstanding job of assisting us with our new home purchase. But the real magic? His negotiating skills. I'm not saying he could talk a vending machine into giving a refund, butaEUR| we got a great deal on our home and even scored a few extras that we didnt think were on the table. We're convinced he could charm a brick wall into including a washer/dryer hookup. Bottom line: if you want someone whos professional, responsive, hilarious under pressure, and negotiates like a seasoned diplomat with a sixth sense for real estate, this is your agent. We love our new homeaEUR"and we didnt even have to arm wrestle anyone for it.
