My experience with Rodney was amazing from start to finish! From our initial conversation, he captured everything that my Wife and I had in mind. This move was going to be a game changer for our entire family so I needed everything to line up perfectly. As we looked at the various options, we identified those that we liked. Rodney was is constant communication and asked questions as to why we liked what we liked. He did this in order to develop a greater understanding of our interests. I had a development come up with work which accelerated the time for our move from 3-4 months to 1-1.5 months. I called Rodney and gave him the update and he responded "I got you and I'll call you right back! " He called back and had viewings setup for two houses that we liked. I made a 17 hour trip to see these houses in person. The first house looked okay but ultimately just wasn't it. I knew the second house that we viewed was home as soon as I walked in. After a long drive and talks with both my Wife and Rodney, we decided to put an offer on it the next day. The Seller accepted it! We were successful in closing in time for my work schedule and I can't wait to see my Wife's face when she sees our new home in person. Everything on our must have list was achieved. Rodney is truly amazing and he will get you what you want and then some. I highly recommend him for all of your future purchases.
