Rodger Beougher

I am a full time licensed Real Estate agent for Coldwell Banker King Thompson. I work out of the Newark/Granville office. I specialize in residential real estate in Licking and surrounding counties.

I have been married to my wife Jenny Mossman Beougher for over 40 years. We have two grown children, Alex and Ashley. Jenny graduated Newark High school in 1975 and I graduated from Lakewood class of 1974. Most days you will find me walking my dog. I enjoy all activities outdoors including Pickleball, tennis volleyball, ping pong and gardening. Indoors I like playing Jeopardy with my family wood working and playing board games.

I am a Retired USPS letter carrier of 35 years. Ten years as a foreign car mechanic. I spent 4 years as a Boy Scout Leader and many more as a soccer coach and referee with the local soccer club.

My personal goal is to help every seller realize the most profit from the sale of their home and to negotiate a fair market price for every buyer.
