ZillowVERIFIEDRochelle was an absolute god sent to us. My husband and I are first time buyers, and at the time we didnt even live in Charleston. She worked with us for months with a 3 hour time difference, plus trying to find a time that both my husband and I could talk with our work schedules. Let me tell you that is not an easy thing to do! She worked through weekends and not feeling well all to make sure we were well taken care of, and when our lender almost lost us our loan Rochelle again went above and beyond doing not only her job but the lenders job as well to make sure we got our house. I will 100% recommend Rochelle every single time there is not one bad thing I could even think to say. Shes absolutely amazing at what she does and you can tell she really cares about what she does and the clients she works with.

ZillowVERIFIEDSo Rochelle had one job and one job only. Find me a house where my backyard or property would not smell. Unfortunately her lack of knowledge of the neighborhood led me to buy a house where I smell garbage from the local landfill every morning. I would not recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIEDWe have worked with Rochelle twice now. The first time, she helped us buy the house, that obviously God wanted us in. We were in the same buying power as the 'investors' like, which caused us to be outbid multiple times. We placed offers on at least 10 houses, they kept falling through, and even when I was exasperated, she never gave up, driving me all over town, finally finding a house that was perfect for what we needed. The closing simply proved to us how much God wanted us in that house.The second time, she sold that house so we could move on, for $3k over asking, before it ever hit the MLS. She helped us figure out exactly what was needed to make it a buyers dream without spending a fortune.She's always kind, answers anything, even crazy questions that have obvious answers- with diligent patience. We can't wait to work with her again soon to buy our forever and ever home.
