It was wonderful working with Robyn. I was moving for a new job, and I had limited time to get things done. I came in one weekend, and Friday she took me to 2 options, and Saturday we went to 8 or so more. She printed out info on all the houses, helped me keep track of which one was which, and then we offered on Sunday morning and was accepted Sunday afternoon. It was AWESOME!

Robyn and her team were not actually our agents but the Seller's agent. Robyn showed us the home after we called her number from the sign at the home as we were passing through, and we instantly knew that we could trust her even though she was not our agent. Her team handled the entire transaction of our purchase of the home and were fabulous!! They were in constant communication with us throughout the entire purchase keeping us updated on everything every step along the way. As we were out of state buyers just coming to the area their communication and professionalism greatly reduced our stress and let us know that everything would be a smooth transition. They went out of their way to make sure that once we arrived back in the area to move in everything was ready for us!! I would recommend her team to anyone needing an agent from either the seller or the buyer side. Robyn is an excellent realtor. She and her team have vast local knowledge. Robyn alerted us to a permitting issue that several realtors over the decades (previous sales and purchases) either did not know the law or ignored it. We had a unique property and Robyn went above and beyond in researching local zoning and uses. She reached out to multiple sources in the private sector, city and county during her research. We felt the process was thorough and the pricing was accurate. We were happy with the multiple referrals through the Phipps team in preparing the property. She and Jennifer are responsive and honest.
