I am extremely fortunate to have been referred by a friend to Robin years ago. Her 20 years of experience really shows. Top notch service. Covered every aspect of the home buying process, from pre-qualifying to closing. Extremely knowledgeable about the area. Robin knows the neighborhoods and the various areas to help you find what you are looking for and really takes the time to get to know you to understand your vision. There is not enough that can be said about Robin and her team. They are dedicated, sincere, upfront. Follow-through is an understatement. Robin is always on the ball. And I mean always. If you are selling, like my most recent transaction with her, (my third) she has the most amazing secret photographer that is to die for. The best photography and virtual tour and aerial view that will really impress. Start to end. I was offered way above asking price. So diligent, yet laid back, and straightforward as well as enthusiastic. We highly Robin! Her negotiating skills are phenomenal to say the least! Highly recommend her for buying or selling. Robin Phillips is the ultimate real estate professional. Her knowledge and expertise through all phases of our home sale and purchase was super impressive. From counseling us on preparing and staging our home to extensively researching data to determine competitive pricing she was a constant and dependable resource. During negotiations Robin was professional and always looked out for our best interests. Her entire team was proficient and quick to respond and we relied heavily on their expertise. They utilized a vast array of marketing techniques to get our house under contract quickly and Davids knowledge and suggestions throughout the repair and inspection process was a huge bonus! Their large network of contractors, inspectors, mortgage lenders, insurance agents, and attorneys were all excellent and their team efficiently liaised with all involved to make sure deadlines were met. Robin respectfully navigated our roller coaster emotions and patiently listened and talked through our concerns. She proactively contacted us regarding status, expectations, options and next steps. We had some unfortunate contract litigation over earnest money and even though our home sale and purchase were final Robin stuck by us through it all. In the end it was crucial having had a realtor that had extensive knowledge of the rules and process. It was also very important that she had met contract deadlines, clearly communicated our contractual obligations, liaised well with all parties and paid attention to detail.
