I cannot speak more highly of Robin Lozito. I met her via my cousin who purchased her first home with her. She spoke so highly of her so, I got in contact and everything my cousin said was what I experienced with Robin. She was completely honest with us from the beginning. She told us buying a home can be stressful especially now a days where people may offer a higher amount then what we might offer. She educated us on how the process goes when buying a new home and I really appreciated her honesty and her knowledge. There were no surprises along the way, she is very clear in everything she says, she made our home purchase so easy and stress free. Buying a home can be stressful but in our experience with Robin, we had absolutely no stress at all. She was there every time we needed her. she made sure the house we bought was a safe home in good condition. We had to negotiate a few things with the seller and Robin made sure EVERY SINGLE THING was done before we signed on our closing date. She was there for the inspection, we also had a second inspection done to make sure the other party had done their part and she was also there. she was present every step of the way. She is very knowledgeable, someone you can definitely trust when buying a home. There were questions she asked the seller that won't even cross my mind and I can see how much she cares about her clients. She did such a great job investigating every details of the homes we went to see. I highly recommend Robin Lozito, if you want to buy a home, stress free because you know the agent you are working with is knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy, Robin is definitely the person you're looking for. Robin did an excellent job helping to sell our mothers home. She was helpful, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.
