Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me! I view my relationship with my clients as "me working for you." I am never pushy or demanding as this is your process so I work at your pace. With buyers, I prefer to do a consultation first. I want to get to know you & what is important to you in your next home while taking the time to explain the whole process to you. Then, we look at houses within your pre-approval budget until you find "the one". While touring the houses, I will remind you of your wish list & let you make the decisions. Once you find the right house, I will guide you until the keys are in your hand. With sellers, my goal is to successfully reach the settlement table with terms you are comfortable with. I will give you advice on how to stage your house & select a price where you are most likely to attract a buyer. Then, I will work hard to help you reach your goal. Throughout the process, I am there to give you honest feedback & advice. To be better prepared to serve my clients, I take advantage of as many training opportunities as possible. While the abbreviations do resemble alphabet soup, each designation provides advantages to my clients: A. Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) - intensive 4 month training which only 13% of all Realtors complete! A. Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) & Seller's Representative Specialist (SRS) - in-depth training on the unique needs of buyers & sellers & creative ways to address them. A. Military Relocation Professional (MRP) - deeper understanding of PCSing & VA loans that I had not acquired via personal experience. I began my career in 2007 after the Coast Guard transferred my family for the 3rd time in 7 years. With each move, I developed a greater passion & understanding of real estate. In 2010, we settled in Calvert. I love the relaxed lifestyle, the people & the small town feel while being so close to DC & Annapolis. I look forward to meeting with you to discuss how I can help you reach your real estate goals!
