In addition she was great selling my house. Whereas other agents were trying to get my business and came in with a pitch book, she identified all the things I needed to do to get the maximum price, set my expectations, and then provided me with really good contacts to get everything done. She was so much more professional, did not need to pitch me, and got me a great price for my house. She was extremely responsive, returning all missed calls within minutes. I had a major disaster when the buyer of my house sent in an inspector who broke my upstairs toilet tank and left with water flooding out the side of my house the next morning. She calmly and accurately described the incident to the purchaser, emphasizing that any repairs needed were in progress and that everything would be as it was. She is knowledgable about the area, highly professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I always felt informed and was comfortable throughout the entire process. She truly sets the standard for real estate professionals and I highly recommend her.
