ZillowVERIFIEDI was fortunate to end up with a cold call realtor that turned out to be A1. I ran into issues with the sale of my house that caused a slight delay but Robert was able to get me contacts that were able to work out the issues to not cause significant delays. He was great at negotiating on my behalf for things I would never know I had the ability to do. He also gave me sound advice as to which homes I should avoid due to reasons I would never have known would be sure problems in closing or poor construction. His website/portfolio and photographer made it so that my house looked beautiful and showed over 100 times and closed within a month at asking price. I cant recommend him highly enough. He was always accessible to be and made the process of selling and buying as smooth as possible.
