Robert helped us buy and when the time came to sell he was our first call. He really understood our unique property which was remote and off the grid and developed a marketing campaign to attract the right buyer. Made the experience seamless. Sold in less than a day...We moved out of the area, Robert handled everything. Robert had done his homework and presented comps for the area. Once we signed him, he started working on the listing, even though the listing would not happen for a month or so. Immediately our house was put on Facebook and on line "coming soon". Robert knew exactly who to call to get the home ready to sell. He handled all the services required in order to make the closure smooth.

Robert was really great to work with during the sale of our first home. We were able to put our house up on the market and have great offers within the first 2 weeks and closed on our house within 30 days. We did a concurrent close with our new home in the Sacramento area and Robert helped to ensure that we closed on time in the Bay area while working with our escrow company to make sure our home would be ready for move in the very next day. Robert is very knowledge, friendly, honest, and professional. He guided us throughout the entire process and was very quick to respond to all our questions.
