Rob is a very experienced agent. Additionally his commitment to his customers is second to none. It took us 2.5 years to find the home that met our very specific needs in an extremely difficult buyers market. His commitment was unwavering. We made offers on approximately 7 different homes and Rob was always ready to promptly write up a purchase and sales agreement. After all was said and done we found our home and did not have to pay more than list price thanks to Rob. If I were in the market to buy or sell a home today I would not hesitate to retain Rob as my agent.

Where do we begin ? We had contacted Rob Wallace through a close friend and highly recommended. Rob was originally with Remax, and had departed that agency. Rob and his business partner Will were very responsive, knowledgeable and always made one or the other available for properties we wanted to view. In this market, it is so important to be able to get into the properties you want to see or have your offers presented right away. We were fortunate enough to have success with our first offer. After negotiations, Rob then helped with names of companies for inspections, closing attorney, etc which was especially helpful since we were not from this area. It has been 2 months already in our new home and we couldnt be happier! Thank you, Rob! (And Will!)
