Back in August we moved from Clifton Park to Frederick MD which involved selling a home in NY and buying one in MD. Bob and Genie couldnt have been better. Interestingly, this was the THIRD time theyd sold our house over many years, so they knew it intimately. Our house had a few unique features, like low voltage switch wiring which the average realtor might not be familiar with.There were quite a few glitches in the whole process, but none were due to Bob and Genie. Our buyer had to sell a house, which made our sale contingent on that, and then some issues in MD. Bob in particular was extremely helpful in smoothing them out to the best of his ability--some of these issues were lawyer and financially based and therefore out of his hands. He was excellent at communicating with all people involved in the sale of our NY house and the purchase of the MD house which was vital since the regulations in the two states are quite different.All in all I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Bob and Genie to anyone buying and/or selling a home in the NY Capital District.
