I have worked with a lot of realtors trying to find the right house but I have never worked with someone so incredibly amazing as Crystal! Her knowledge of the market was insanely on point, she made the process easy despite hurdles (because she did most of the work), she was super responsive and always positive, and most importantly she made me feel so welcome to be moving into my new home that it was a terrific experience! She also assisted with finding me an excellent lender on a rushed closing. I was out of state and moving to Hays for a new job and couldnt recommend Crystal enough, she is a wonderful human.

Crystal was helpful during the entire process of selling our moms homeaEUR|from our initial visit, through all the questions and steps and finally selling the property. She has such a great reputation with other professionals, that just by mentioning her name got us a fast response from roofers, landscapers and housecleaners. Crystal was available and happy to help answer questions, advise us when she could, and explain each step of the process. With us (the sellers) being in 2 different states, she always made herself available to us, even during the evening and weekend hours. Not only is Crystal knowledgeable in her profession, but she also cares for her clients and is a genuinely honest and kind person.

Crystal did a tremendous job helping us find and purchase our home! She was extremely patient, showing us several houses until we found one that fit our budget and felt right for us. We loved working with her. She was able to answer all of our questions and help us understand all of our options. We had to do some negotiating with the sellers and she advised us on the options and what was the best course and what we needed to do to see if we could get it resolved. She was able to assist in getting us a quote for some work we wanted done before close. She helped us find mortgage options we didn't know were available.
