As an out of town buyer, it's difficult to get a feel for the market and surrounding areas from a distance. But Rob made that simple. He gave his honest feedback on properties and never once tried to sell us on anything. He was knowledgable about local codes/inspections, home renovation, and what types of properties were good buys for different scenarios (vacation, primary, rental, etc.). We drove 7 hours to look at homes and he filled up our weekend with showings of the houses we selected. When we didn't find what we were looking for on the first trip, we listened more closely to Rob's advice and found a couple of great properties. Not being able to be there in person, Rob did virtual walk through's for us. I have a background in construction, and it was clear to me that Rob knew his stuff. That made it easy to trust his judgement even when we couldn't see the property in person. Throughout the entire process, Rob was on top of things and responsive. Though we had delays from the bank and issues with the seller, Rob made the experience a great one. I highly recommend him if you are looking in the area.
