I first met Robert during his open house in San Ramon on a rainy day. We have been living in this city for 9 years and want to look for a single-family house near Cal High to have middle school kids walk to school rather than dropping off and picking them up every day. In the open house, we didnt talk a lot with Robert since I felt my offering number would not hit that house. In 10 days, I received a call from Robert and got to know, the buyer offered that house backed out and he asked me am I still interested in it. That was a big good news for me and I told him I needed to go over the number with my loan agent and my husband. Afterwards the process was pretty smooth, he represented both the seller and buyer as a dual agent to go over the offer, and reached out loan agent to get to know some details to confirm the feasibility. Robert is reliable, trustworthy, and professional. The hiccup after we got the house was the solar lease transfer, he helped bridge the solar company and us to get it settled. Buying a house is one of the most stressful and big decisions, we feel blessed to run into Robert on that rainy day, and already moved into the new house happily for almost 1 year.

My partner and I were first time home buyers and had very little knowledge about the home buying process. Over the last few years, we have actually had the privilege to work with Robert and his other clients as we own a home service business. We were always extremely impressed with his professionalism, responsiveness, and how organized he was. As outsiders, we also saw how much he really cared about his clients. We told ourselves that when we were ready to buy, we would contact him first to see if he would like to represent us. We knew that when buying a home, having the right agent means everything! Especially in today's market. Robert was just that. The time finally came for us to kick off our home buying journey and WOW. Working with him was everything we thought it would be. Robert is incredibly hard working and always has your back. He not only walked us through every step of the way, he also has a unique ability to simplify things you may not know or understand. A few weeks into our search, there was a home that I thought I was in love with. Robert helped us closely review inspection reports and disclosures and ended up catching a HUGE red flag on the home - something we completely overlooked and something that would have cost us around $30k in immediate repair work had we decided to put an offer in and it had been accepted. After that experience, we continued the house hunt. It never felt like he was trying to rush the process or push us to spend more. Amazingly, several months later, we ended up finding our dream home that checked off literally everything on our home buying wish list. Robert came in with a strategy and well structured offer and got our VERY FIRST offer accepted. Not only did we get the home for under listing, we also beat out 2 other offers that were over asking - which was absolutely crazy. Once our offer was accepted, Robert handled everything like a pro. He organized and scheduled all of the inspections and wrapped up all the final closing things to get everything to the finish line. He was just so on top of literally every single detail. I can't even emphasize this enough. Seriously, every detail. Nothing got by him. There's nothing like having the right team beside you when it comes down to buying a home.
