ZillowVERIFIEDThis review covers the purchase of three houses and the sell of two- all completed with our realtor Rob Molzahn. We started working with Rob in 2012 for our first home. He was patient and receptive to our desired features in a house. Rob would take weekend days sometimes to show us property on the hot sheet. We are now moved into our third house with the help of Rob. His eye for location and detail have been very helpful during each of the processes. Rob has over 30 years in the biz which has allowed him to build a network and find houses and property other realtors might night never see. Rob has helped many of our friends find houses as well. We continue to recommend him to everyone Ans anyone, especially in the Yamhill county area.

Ken was very fast at responding and very nice. I did not buy that house, but appreciated the quick accommodation and follow up.

ZillowVERIFIEDWe had originally listed our house by owner and after a loss of our first sale due to our lack of negotiation skills, we found Kenn. We had relocated out of state, leaving the house vacant and Kenn was extremely helpful with us and went above and beyond the duty of a typical realtor's job description. I have sold many houses by owner over the years, but things have changed in the business and it just isn't as easy as it once was. I would recommend Kenn to anyone thinking of listing "by owner", and feel he officially "earned" the commission he was paid. We would recommend Kenn to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a great experience with Kenn. He showed a deep knowledge of the construction and real estate history of the area, as well as quite a few good tips on what to look and look out for. So much of the actual finding a house is combing through the MLS yourself these days, so the agent is less important in regard to finding a place, but I can say that Kenn always kept his appointments and was timely and professional in handling the business side of things. Not to mention patient with us taking more than a year to end up finding the place we eventually bought. All in all, I was very favorably impressed.
