Robert founded Lake Life Realty in 2015, bringing over a decade of real estate experience after leading other top area real estate firms. He has established a fresh and innovative company compiled of energetic team members. Robert is a native of Clemson with an extensive knowledge of the surrounding areas - the lake and mountain regions, small towns and cities that make up the Western Upstate of South Carolina. As a family man, he is a proud husband and father to three amazing daughters. He carried his core values of family, loyalty, integrity and strong leadership with him as he started Lake Life Realty and has put together a team of agents that reflect this as well. Robert currently serves as a Board of Director for the Western Upstate Association of Realtors and Planning Commissioner for the City of Clemson. In the Spring of 2016, Robert was named "Business Person of the Year" and Lake Life Realty was named "New Business of the Year" for his dedicated service to Clemson Area Chamber of Commerce and the betterment of the community. We had a disappointing experience with Lake Life Realty as a home buyer. The agent was unhelpful and didnt listen to my needs or preferences. Despite clearly outlining what I wanted, they showed me irrelevant properties and dismissed my feedback. Communication was poor, with little effort to follow up or address my concerns. I felt ignored and undervalued. I wouldnt recommend Lake Life Realty to anyone seeking a responsive, client-focused realtor.

Barbara has helped us buy 2 houses and sell 1. We absolutely love working with her! She is very knowledgeable about pricing and negations the other party would be willing to accept without loosing you a dime. We could not be happier with the purchase and sale price of our first house as well as the purchase price of our second house. She pushed the house we were selling with all her resources and were able to get it under contract for the price we were hoping. Whether she is fighting for you on the sellers side or buyers side, Barbara will make sure you get the most out of either situation. She is also always on her "A" game when it comes to timeline things such as documents and inspections. Barbara is the relator that always has her client's best interest in mind and at the end of the day wants to see everyone happy. The buying and selling process can be very stressful, but with Barbara on the real estate side, things could not have been better!
