Robert Milligan

Robert Milligan is co-founder & qualifying broker of Allison James Estates & Homes of Florida. He leads more than 250 Realtors who sell hundreds of millions annually in every major market area within the state. Robert also operates a personal sales team with an emphasis on waterfront property in Sarasota FL known as the "Preferred Shore" group. As an individual, Robert ranks in the top 1% of all members of the Realtor Association of Sarasota & Manatee and serves on the board as a director of the association. Since Robert began in 2001, he has been responsible for total career sales volume in the Billions with number of transaction sides in the 10,000's.
