We decided to work with Rob because of his impressive sales records in the area and his obvious effective marketing strategies. He knew exactly when to list the property, hold an open house and allow showings in order for us to get the best offers on our house. We received multiple offers on our house, all over asking price, within four days of listing the home. That proved he knew the market well and priced our house perfectly. Rob is extremely professional, intelligent and trustworthy. He answered all of our calls, texts and emails as quickly as he could and we felt as if we were his top priority at all times. We are so happy we chose to work with Rob and would gladly refer him to any friends or family.
