Rob and Dana understood the type of house and atmosphere I was looking to retire for a house with all the features I described I was seeking. They showed me about twenty houses and I was able to get a feel what was available and meet my needs. A one level 3 bedroom 2 bath with a double garage. Public water and sewage and a fenced in back yard. They helped me find the perfect house with the open kitchen and living room. Dana has the professional experience of houses on the market and the targeted price range. Joe was very professional with advise and helped me work with a finance mortgage broker. They worked very well as a team and were always available with answers. Rob and Dana went above and beyond and were always there 7 days a week from early in the morning till late in the evenings.
