Bob made this process so easy for us. I was worried because we were trying to buy a property in Navarre Beach and we lived in Texas. We didn't know reputable people to use for inspections, insurance, mortgage financing, etc. Bob took care of all of that. In fact, it was easier to purchase this house from three states away than it was to purchase any house I've ever bought in Texas. I think he has us spoiled for any future purchases.
