I was a little skeptical of Bobs ability because I didnt think it was possible for someone with such raving reviews to be truly great. I am happy to report that Bob and Indya were greater than I could have ever hoped. They always answer my phone calls or return my message with in 24 hours (usually less). They acted quickly and thoroughly when I was ready to bid on a home. They listened to my concerns and shared their knowledge. Lastly, Bob was able to secure a better price on the home then I could have ever imagined! Highly recommend.
