Robert was the ultimate professional. He was incredibly knowledgeable of the current market in Lexington and guided us through the process skillfully. He was always available and very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. He was on top of every detail throughout the process. His market plan for the property worked to perfection. A one weekend open house drew over 50 tours and yielded 7 strong offers from well qualified buyers. Home sold for well over asking price based on a strong market and Robert's assist in negotiations. I'm not surprised that he is consistently a top tier realtor in the Lexington marketplace. I could not have been more pleased and grateful for Roberts efforts in selling our family home.

There is a reason Robert Cohen is consistently rated as a top realtor in Lexington, MA. He grew up in Lexington and has lived there his whole life so he knows the Lexington real estate market inside and out. He has also assisted countless buyers and sellers in Lexington and the surrounding towns for many years. We hired Robert to assist with the sale of a 125 year old Victorian that our parents/family had lived in for 50 years. Robert listened to our wants and needs. He also advised on all aspects of the sale, and connected us with a real estate attorney as well as other professionals who helped get the property ready to be sold. The property was listed and a sale was agreed upon after the first weekend of open houses for a price we were happy with. Robert helped us find a local family that had a vision for what the 125 year old Victorian our family called home could be. Robert also took steps to ensure that the closing occurred in a timely manner. We interviewed other highly qualified realtors, but are very happy that we chose Robert Cohen to assist in selling the property. No realtor can make promises, but Robert did everything he said he was going to do in a timely manner, which resulted in a successful sale.
