Couldn't ask for a better realtor! Jake was very responsive, would answer all of our calls and all our questions. He didn't stop looking for properties for us until we got what we wanted. He knows the area pretty well, and was also helpful in recommending local eateries!! Would definitely use him again on our next home purchase. Highly recommended!!!

I am highly recommending Bob Clark of Clark, Cramer and Frank. He helped us buy the perfect place, working over a couple of years of visits to the island until we found exactly what we were looking for.Bob was patient with my indecision, yet realistic on what I needed to do to get the home we wanted. His advice was always spot on. I am certain I was a frustrating client but he he continued to patiently work with me to find exactly what we wanted. Bob Clark was responsive to my questions and returned calls in a timely manner. His office staff was friendly and professional. He advocated for us as buyers and protected our interests. All of his recommendations for other professionals needed to get to closing were top notch and I value his opinions. While his office is in South Beach, he can show you homes all over the island. Don't rule Bob and his agency out if your target neighborhood is something other than Sea Pines. I feel very fortunate to have worked with Bob on my purchase and would absolutely call him again if we ever need an agent again.

We worked with Linda Frank in our purchase of a villa in Hilton Head. We have nothing but the highest praise for her skills, and we were reinforced in our impressions by the response we got from other professionals we met in the process -- insurance brokers, attorneys, property management -- "Oh, you have the best broker!" Seemed like she knew everyone on the island! She was the height of professionalism -- she listened to what we wanted, showed us properties within our price range, and adjusted the viewings according to feedback we gave her. We had to make several different offers in order to stay within budget, and she was completely supportive and gracious during this process. After the contract was signed, she helped us negotiate the entire mortgage application and closing process. We never sent her an email to which she did not reply within an hour. Throughout, she was friendly and encouraging and most of all, very calm. We plan to recommend her enthusiastically to friends who may buy in Hilton Head.
