Robert Caromano

Team Lead Bobby Caromano, with over two decades of firsthand experience working with the public, has a diverse background. He began his public relations journey as a Chef at Caromano's Corner, a local Deli in Winslow Township. Later, in July 2006, he transitioned into the police force as a Winslow Township Police Officer. In January 2018, he embarked on his real estate career. Since then, he has been a part of two successful real estate teams, gaining valuable knowledge and experience that has now led to the establishment of The Caromano Group at Home and Heart Realty.
