RC gave us a heads up prior to listing of an issue that could have held up the closing process if an offer were to be made. We corrected the issue and our closing process went without any holdups. He presented good fair comps to come up with a marketable listing price. An offer was made and the property closed in two weeks way exceeding our expectations. Because of the nature of the property we expected at least 6 months or more to identify a buyer.

RC was fantastic to work with, i always felt like he was 3 steps ahead of everything during the whole process, i dont think i could have gone through the process of buy a house for the first time without him and his assistant Debi, they were always easy to talk to and were quick to get any information i needed. Their expertise was invaluable after the seller of the first house we went for pulled out of the deal at the last moment, but we were quickly back on track on a new even better house.
