My wife and I were extremely lucky to have had Robert as our buyer's agent. We initially met up with him in the middle of nowhere at a moment's notice to look at a property just on a whim. It had to have been inconvenient, but he was there from our "just looking around" phase to when we became more serious in our search. All along, we were met with advice, kindness, and patience. No pressure, just pleasantries and some funny puns. He gave us his honest thoughts on various builders, and when it came time to represent our interests when our builder would try to squirm out of an obligation, Robert was quick to have our backs and hold their feet to the fire. I'm happily ashamed to admit he knew our contract better than we did. There are a lot of agent out there, but there aren't many Roberts. He did right by our family, and he'll do the same for you and yours. Greatly look forward to crossing paths with him again!

We have so many wonderful things to say about our experience with Robert. From the jump he was eager to learn about our wants/needs and made every effort to help us find the perfect place. (Long overdue)Nixa We found Robert eager, willing and able too assist us, I am no easy client to find property for as Robert found out. If it were just a house , He found us fabulous prospects But" for us and I being a car buff I also threw in a 3,000.or bigger shop adding also a split level Hm. w- separate entry/living and accommodations too keep our family intact.. He handled every every task I threw at Him," from a video walk through , contact County offices , If I stumped him on a question He had the answer by closing or called that evening or at the latest the next day.. He did bounce around quite a bit from central Nixa Mo. Robert, had to reach farther out than Nixa to meet our needs...I am not one to blow smoke ! Robert Is a 5 star.. (my opinion) He couldn't make the sale due to personal changes that hampered our move. We can't speak highly enough about His tenacity too find what you! would be looking for to call HOME...
