Rob Baker is the kind of realtor people wish they could find. He is easygoing, professional, quite knowledgeable, and he gives his buyers the kind of support you'd get if your brother was a Realtor. Unless your brother IS a realtor, you probably can't do better than Rob. To illustrate the kind of realtor and person he is, when we first connected over the phone I had some questions about a property. Rob asked what my questions were and listened before answering everything, and then also answered all the questions I didn't know to ask in a 20-second summary afterwards. Rob doesn't seem to mind taking the time to talk to you about what you're looking for and what you're looking at, even if it's not an expensive property, but when you have a question he has the answer. Some realtors are pushy and think they know what you need and want. Rob isn't that guy. He doesn't push you either way, he's just there for you with the info you need. You probably couldn't get a less stressful house-buying experience with with Rob Baker.

Rob worked with us on several properties and is very helpful and responsive. Due to some restrictions in Colorado, we needed help navigating some obstacles and he was there. He even met me at the airport and drove me around to see properties on my first visit.
