Having never purchased a home we had no idea how to navigate the tricky waters of purchasing a home, especially in this market. Robert redefined the role of real estate agent for us. Since the day of our first meeting continuing now well past closing, Robert's expertise and his confident and patient guidance is invaluable. We were extremely reliant on him throughout the entire process and continue to lean heavily on him as we establish ourselves in our new home. He worked hard to get us a great price and we ended up paying less than the asking price and $125k less than the home appraised for! He also went above and beyond in making sure we knew every detail about the house before buying, contacting and managing several different professionals to inspect and quote repairs. He then made sure the seller gave us sufficient credits to cover all the repairs needed even though we were already getting a great price and the seller initially insisted the house was being sold as-is. Throughout the process he never seemed to tire of answering constant questions and addressing our many worries and concerns about the house and buying process, no matter how big or small. When problems arose we never questioned that Robert had it well under control. He has no problem taking full control of situations whenever we ask him to and always makes sure we understand and are comfortable with what is happening. He communicates with us frequently and always very clearly such that it feels like we are his only client, even though we know he has many other projects going on. Without any hesitations we highly recommend talking to Robert to anyone even thinking about buying or selling a home!

As we looked to relocate to California from Seattle, we were fortunate to find Robert through an online search due to his high ratings and long list of satisfied customers. We had a list of very specific requirements for the home we wanted in Scotts Valley (size, neighborhood, proximity to schools and parks, etc.). We needed an expert that not only knew the local real estate market, but someone that also knew all about the community. Robert was exact person we were looking for. While we were dealing with all that's involved to relocate our family to CA, Robert was on a MISSION to find us the home for us. He went above and beyond to find the perfect place for our family. He leveraged his extensive network in the community to identify a seller that was considering selling, but had not listed their home for sale. Robert worked diligently to negotiate a private sale for us and landed us in our ideal neighborhood! We can't say enough about our tremendously positive experience with Robert. We highly recommend working with him!
