ZillowVERIFIEDI live out of state and couldn't be hands-on with listing my parents' property for sale in Las Vegas. To make things more complicated, my dad had recently passed away and my mother had already relocated to yet a third state. Their house was old and needed various updates and repairs. Nelson was able to arrange for the landscaping, painting, flooring, plumbing repairs, as well as handle all the real estate showings and transactions, with all of us not being around. He connected me with an excellent Escrow agent, who was able to send a reliable notary to my mom in a different state for the signing of paperwork, while Nelson maintained communication with myself and my other brother (also in a different state) who were overseeing this sale for my mom. He answered every question as soon as I had them, via text, phone calls, and emails. He also regularly sent photos of work before and as soon as they were done, which brought tremendous peace of mind for my family since we couldn't be there in person to see the details. Throughout the whole complicated process, he very patiently explained everything I didn't understand and made sure I was comfortable before any decision I had to make, e.g., whether to replace or repair items in the home, what each offer and negotiation point meant and entailed. I highly recommend Nelson to make any real estate sale or purchase easier. He really earned my trust through my experience with him.
