I focus on service rather than sales. I'm not the used car salesman type. All of my real estate transactions are based on data, not a hunch. I personally enjoy flipping homes, building homes, and investing in real estate, so I know the ins and outs of a variety of transactions. I have worked with buyers and sellers from small lots, single family homes, all the way up to $10 million ranches. My wife is also a real estate broker in Billings, so we live and breath real estate 24/7. I draw my own thoughtful floor plans for our builds and my wife does the interior/exterior design concepts.
