We went on vacation to Hilton Head for the first time and few weeks later decided to investigate real estate from our Colorado home. One Saturday afternoon we were browsing Zillow and find a condo that looked interesting. We got connected with Brandon and within minutes Brandon called us and provided us with lot of info about the area, the regime and HOA rules, the good and bad areas, and other properties that could also interest us. Within 2 days he went to tour the place for us via video call. We decided to make an offer on the house and Brandon helped us win the condo. Since then, he connected us with local mortgage brokers, remodeling companies, rental agency, all providing great service. Brandon has a wealth of info and resources, and we are lucky we found him! We are experienced in buying real estate and would recommend anybody moving or looking at investment into the Hilton Head area.
