Rob was probably the best choice we made when it came to selling our house and buying a new one! Rob was super personable and always made himself available to us. We were in a weird situation with trying to buy and sell at the same time in a crazy housing market but it couldn't have been more seamless. Robb is very persistent and is hungry to sell a house! Ive had my house on the market several times and never received an offer. Robb put my house on the market on a Friday by noon, there was 11 showings and 3 offers by Monday!! He is amazing!! He also helped me move!! Definitely recommend Mr. Leonard anyday if you would like it to be a smooth process.
